These classes are designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles while developing deep core stabilization and balance. Energize your workout with our equipment classes!


Pilates Tower Class - Mondays at 10:00 a.m. & Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m.

Combining essential Pilates mat work with the benefits of the Pilates tower equipment, this class is ideal for students of all levels. This class is energizing, combining the resistance of the springs and bars of the tower with the precise movements of mat work to create a great workout. The equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning while providing added resistance for core stability, flexibility and lengthening of muscles.

Your first equipment class is half off, $20.00, and your first mat class is free!


Pilates Reformer Classes - Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. & Thursdays at 10:00 a.m.
This mixed level class offers a full body workout using the spring resistance on the reformer to add a whole new level of strength training to Pilates. The reformer is very versatile and variations are endless, so you never get bored. The Pilates principles will be taught and applied to the reformer exercises to help you build a strong foundation. Class is limited to 4 students.

Mixed Level Pilates Mat - Saturdays at 10:15 a.m.

Mixed level Pilates mat class focuses on strength, precision and flow of movement. In this small class setting, the instructor will provide you with movement options and modifications to ensure that each person is working safely and at the appropriate level of challenge. Learn breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. Various props such as bands, foam rollers, Pilates rings, light weights and balls may be used to enhance and challenge the workout.

Your first mat class is FREE!



Pilates Mat Class with props taught by Vered Abeles - Wednesdays at 12:00 p.m.

This class will incorporate all the key principles of Pilates such as, postural alignment, breathing, core stability and flexibility. The mat exercises may be combined with weights, balls, bands and rings for an effective total body workout. Class is available to all fitness levels. Maximum 4 people in a class and minimum 2 people.

$25.00 single class, $90.00 package of 4 classes.

Class Information

- Mat class is limited to 10 people.

- Equipment class is limited to 4 people. You will receive individualized attention

   to  ensure a safe and effective workout.

- All classes are 50 minutes.

- Reservations are required for all group classes to ensure a space.

- Those without a reservation may call the studio to see if there is space available.

- Reservations may be made by phone, text, or email.

- You must receive a confirmation by phone to confirm you have reserved a space.

- 24 hour cancellation policy applies for all group classes.

- Payment is by check or cash. No credit cards accepted.


Please note: If you have NO experience on the Pilates equipment, we strongly recommend you attend at least 1-2 private sessions or the new client special offer.
