Certified Pilates Instructor
Haley Hauglum received her BFA in Dance from California Institute of the Arts in 2003. She discovered Pilates in college where the dancers had access to a fully equipped Pilates studio to use as cross-training or rehab, if necessary.
After college Haley moved to New York City where she completed her full certification training in 2005 through STOTT Pilates, with a second certification from Pilates Academy International in Pilates and CARDIOLATES® at Pilates on Fifth, with whom she is still affiliated as a Certifying Instructor-Trainer for both programs. Haley is also certified in CoreAlign, a core stability and performance enhancement program, and is excited to be able to continue introducing clients here at Core Pilates Dallas to this wonderful compliment to Pilates. RedCord Active (formerly ActivCore FEX), Pre/Postnatal Pilates and Xtend Barre Method are also a part of her repertoire.
After spending the last 14 years in the Northeast, most recently Boston, Haley is thrilled to be back in Dallas. She loves being able to keep her clients on their toes with exciting and challenging workouts, while still helping them understand the mind/body connections that make Pilates so effective!

Jill Roberts PT, MS
Physical Therapist, Polestar Pilates Certified Instructor
Jill received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University in 1998 and then completed her Masters in Physical Therapy in 2001 from Texas State University.
Jill has always been passionate about health and fitness which lead her to a career as a Physical Therapist. As a Physical Therapist, she has been able to help patients thrive through movement and exercise, returning to what they love and regaining their quality of life.
Jill has been practicing Physical Therapy for nearly 20 years. Over those years, she has gained a wealth of experience in many areas including acute neurological rehabilitation, pediatrics, outpatient sports injury rehabilitation and most recently, orthopedics and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Desiring the ability to further address whole person wellness and move towards surgery prevention, Jill was introduced to the practice of Pilates by a friend and mentor. She became a student with Polestar Pilates where she completed her training. Polestar Pilates is a rehabilitative training program that applies current research and practice in orthopedics, sports medicine and movement science to the principles originated by Joseph Pilates.
Even with years of experience as a Physical Therapist and knowledge of movement and body mechanics, Jill continues to be amazed at her own progress with body awareness through Pilates. Pilates has been the perfect complement to her career as a Physical Therapist and has allowed her increased ability to visualize faulty movement patterns and provide safe and effective strategies for improvement.

Certified Peak Pilates Instructor
Vered's motto is Pilates is the basis of all of the other good things in life!
Born and raised in Israel, Vered trained as a Modern and Classical ballet dancer from a very young age.
In 2007, after her army service, Vered relocated to New York City, where she continued taking dance classes as well as Pilates and yoga.
At the same time, she studied with leading Israeli chefs to become a pastry chef, and worked at a well-know NYC bakery. As baking quickly took over most of Vered's time, she set aside her dream of becoming a modern dance instructor.
Two children and one move to Dallas later, Vered picked up where she left off, and turned her new found love, Pilates, Yoga, and Barre, into a new career path.
She was certified as a Pilates instructor with Peak Pilates and certified with Barre Above.
Vered has since continued teaching and practicing, with the goal of helping others to improve their fitness and health.
